I confirm that I do not have any of the following that are contra-indications to fasting : Anorexia, auto-immune disorders, under age of 18, decompensated hypothyroidism, extremely underweight, liver insufficiency, pregnant or lactating, renal insufficiency, retinal detachment, stomach or duodenum disorders, type 1 diabetes or tumors.

As a participant, if is my sole responsibility to check with the competent medical authorities that my physical and mental condition is compatible with a detoxification diet such as fasting, juicing or monodiets for the requested duration of the stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Transfer to another program 30 days or more before the start date there is no charge, less than 30 days there is a 25€ admin charge. Complete Cancellation more than 30 days before the start date there is a 25€ admin charge, less than 30 days is loss of the deposit. Azur Wellness reserves the right to cancel any retreat and will re-imburse the participants payment in full.
