Are you wanting to take a healthy holiday with friends? We can adapt to your needs and wishes to give you the perfect little escape in the company of your besties in our comfortable and tranquil setting.
Well fasting isn’t for everyone, but you’re welcome to give it a try. You can also choose from a juicing option, raw food or just healthy vegetarian fare. Either way I will assure you it will be healthy, filling and a treat for your eyes. It’s always been my aim to teach people how to make easy, tasty food. I’m more than happy to show you how to make simple tasty dishes, things you are sure to make at home.
Your body deserves the best, and every healthy holiday at Azur Wellness includes enjoyable exercises to keep your body toned and supple. Choose from super relaxing yoga and stretch classes – to keep your body happily taut – to an array of more sportive classes with personal trainers, pilates teachers and endurance hikes.
Whether you want to enjoy some simple stretching or prefer a boot camp retreat, we work with some of the best sports trainers on the Cotes d’Azur to ensure your stay is tailor made to you.
The idea of your customized retreat to make sure you have a relaxing time. The sauna can be heated when you like. The pool is accessible at all times. Should you wish to have massage or beauty treatments, all can be arranged. If there is something in particular you would like, please just ask.
Hopefully we can accommodate your wishes. The goal is to make sure you have a fully relaxing time with your friends.
