Start your 2023 off right. We invite you to join us for a weekend of energizing and relaxing yoga, local hikes, tasty plant-based delicacies, you-time all while renewing intentions for the New Year.
Yoga with Noona Ayres
Noona arrived in S France in 2001 and began practicing yoga shortly after, exploring Sivananda yoga, Ashtanga, Hatha and Integral Yoga. She became a full-time teacher in 2013, specialising in Integral Yoga (Hatha), Yin yoga, pre-post natal yoga and SOMA breath coaching. She is also a Reiki Master Teacher.
Our nutritious-packed weekend is a great way to get that spring back in your step. Our aim is to feed and teacher you healthy dishes and send you home revitalized after a cosy and relaxing weekend away.
Our Plant-based Detox is a great way to kickstart a new health regime. You will be eating healthy raw food meals at breakfast and lunch and dinner will be delicious hot soups.
Cooking Demonstrations are short with easy recipes that will allow you to make at home tasty dishes with little time and effort.

Begin 2023 with a deep reset and become clear on your intentions for the year ahead. Reconnect with your self and move into 2023 with a renewed sense of focus and purpose.
Your afternoons will be filled with relaxation time, allowing you to enjoy massages, relax in the sauna or socialize with fellow guests.
