Cooking with Christine
Eating has always been a passion of mine. From a young age I was exposed to an array of international cuisine, through travel and growing up in a family of food lovers. I was lucky enough to attend the Cordon Bleu Shool of Cookery in Paris, where i spend a year learning of the basics of french cuisine and also apprenticed in some well-known restaurants. I then spent 20 years as a chef onboard private yachts.
It is my pleasure to be able to show you that healthy eating can be easy, relatively hassle-free and even fun!

Healthy Fare
I’m inspired by the vibrant colors of vegetables. ‘It’s the eye that tastes first’ is something I remember well from my culinary training. And how better that
I enjoy making and eating raw food, but I do not limit what I’d like to share with you. There’s nothing better than a warming dish on a cold winters day, so I believe that it’s important to encorcoprate a bit of everything.
Most dishes will be vegetarian. There are easy substitions to replace for those who may be vegan.

This class is for eveyone, no matter your experience in the kitchen. Recipes are easy to follow, with ingredients that are readily available, using basic equipment that most eveyone will have on hand.
Come on your own and meet new people, with a group of friends or even as a team building event.
Classes can be geared towards your tastes and preferences.
